At first glance it looks like WGR has given up;
# extra time to decide (9 months and up to 60 months)
# inclusion of disputed lease
They have gained certainty on what the terms of the claw back mean.
Not sure if the $50m expendiure is before or after the 3 times.
If we are looking at keeping 100% of Rover or 25% + $150m cash then it's clear WGR is a bargain at 28c.
