Trading is like poker. A big fish is not going to show their hand because they want to suck in as many people into the pot to increase the prize.
So you are seeing many 5000 and 6000 trades to look like there is not big player accumulating.
What do you think would happen if someone put up a 5 million share buy order?
What ever deal (may be done) between a major holder would be off market agreement and disclosed at a later time. Not sure on the legalities of disclosure on these matters. Maybe @legaleagle88 can advise.
My "opinion" would be if this deal is being done it will be for around 0.49. You could then go to market with an official TO and ideally holding 20% share already would make it a lot easier to close the deal.
We know that First Seniter, NRW and a number of other holders wanted out at .49 last time.
