I bought back into this one today after sitting on the sidelines post the failed WGX takeover late last year. Sentiment seems to be turning for GCY and trading volumes have increased the last few days. It should be an interesting next few months.
PS - whilst I believe WGX will make another bid for GCY, I would not assume this is a fait accompli. I've learned over the years that priorities and considerations constantly change and things often don't go as assumed.
