Yes the WGX quarterly will reveal a lot of new information so we can really see how this merger is going. Having said that…it won’t show their creditor position we won’t see that until their half year results.
I suspect the market is about to wake up to see WGX has overpaid for Karora. Double shares on issue, $200m + in cash payments including transaction costs and now trying to pay their creditors back will be another $100m in cash out the door.
I reckon they will be looking at a $200m equity raise, but let’s see.
