Financially compare what actions you've seen from both over the last year........who's been proactive to circumstances wound down pits, invested in plant renewal and who's let a mill run for 9 out of 12 months burning cash.He may have had no contractual choice...who knows?

GCY is toast as a miner for sometime and would have been with or without SL. Unless they had gained access to a higher grade ore in quantity which only WGX seriously offered at the time.
