    If that's your conclusion of bankruptcy I can see why you're stuck in this dog. They liquidated their AME holding, they have over $3mil cash. They have been successful in executing cap raises.

    They may look for a new project acquisition and then raise to explore it if they've given up at Sandstone.

    Management have had years to improve the economics of their project area and build their inventory. Selling their AME stake smells of a final failure in recommissioning the plant, especially in what is a structural gold bull market.

    They could not close any deals, plain and simple.
