I think dynamics will be very different straight after Xmas along with any offers or cash GCY may or may not get from whoever if ever to pay for mine development.
WGX has surplus pit mining plant currently for sale I believe having given up open pit mining to ramp up existing underground to fill it's mills.
Synergies don't make deals unfortunately.
Big mill running sub-optimally needing 2.5mt of economic ore and no big mine developed to supply it.
