I do not see your logic as the take over of Karora is mainly done with trading script of WGX with only a small cash component .
Still leaves the potential for WGX to do similar with Ora , as this current deal with a Kal based producer does not deliver ounces to the WGXs under utilised mills ,
The ideal option is for OAU , GBR and Odyssey to do a merge IMHO to prevent getting played by WGX , Wiluna , RMS or Catalyst , then the 3 juniors have the critical mass in ounces to build their own mill and extract the full value from their resources .
Currently the level of decision making exhibited by the MDs of several of the large Murchison miners has been sub parr , fortunately it gives a little window of time for the juniors to get their act together , if they are smart .
