I think the bot traders are linked to traders across across all small gold stocks.
An offshoot of algorithmic trading that is now global and gold is a commodity that has an element of currency.
So e.g. you get Catalan concern > euro>usd >Au price in USD & Aud affecting WGX as hedge funds disseminate the effects of the changes.
