Bal having problems is only speculation. Goldmansach seems to believe it may be attributed to Bal asking for a slot on a reformulated and not original formula causing complications.
Again, they're just speculating too. But the good news is that this shouldnt affect WHA as they're trying to receive certification for their regular cow formula.
