    Tranche 1 - WHA under its existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 will issue a
    maximum of 16.3 million shares (to raise a maximum of $9.1 million).
    Tranche 2 - Due to the excess demand, WHA has decided, subject to shareholder approval, to
    issue a maximum of 6 million additional shares at $0.56 per share (to raise an additional $3.3
    million).
