It was a placement to institutions and sophisticated investors. The allocations are all done.
I called the company when they announced the trading halt pending 'capital raising' and said my broker can verify that I am a sophisticated investor. I also disclosed that I was a shareholder who also wished to participate (not sure how much this counted).
