    Buyers have been accumulating with large amount of volume is one sign of becoming a bullish. Also, daily volume decreased is a big indicator of a break out is happening soon, high chance next Monday or throughout the week. Hesitation from some buyers to step in is obvious because of the trump and china trade war. The oscillator below shows it's a BUY time.
