So you are excusing IOOF? The similarities are they both have bad behaviour and unethical practices are widespread when people are trusted with large sums of money. Wow, no surprises there. Only a minority of people can be trusted. Bad is bad - you might be inferencing that this IOOF transgression is slight compared to amp but in isolation it is very bad. Maybe more hidden goodies to be revealed. Usually once you’re bad in one area there will be other bad practices somewhere else.
