Slight error in your calcs jocam...

40 mmcf (million cubic feet) at $10 per mcf (thousand cubic feet) = $400,000 per day, not $4 million.

Mind you, 20% of this for KEY over a year is approx $30 million, though I think after costs maybe half this is more realistic (not sure about costs, and would appreciate informed opinions on this).

Either way the conclusion is still the same - ie. that KEY seems way undervalued given the current share price, particularly since this is just one well in just one region !

I've doubled my holdings this morning, and I'm thinking about freeing up more funds so I can increase it further
