Which is a special crossed block trade.
Often these are negotiated in the days prior, and the transfer was actually completed today, and is therefore listed as a trade today.
For this reason, I don't consider this as an 'on market trade' (although some people will argue the point), but because neither side was actually in the market, and I note it was the only trade at 22cps for the day. IMO it is an 'off market' trade which was announced today.
