I have no personal experience of using Parabolic SAR for entries and exits, and so I cannot really help.
However, @redbacka on the XJO thread is very experienced in both understanding and analysing indicators, and is definitely one of the best on Hot Copper in this regard, so he maybe able to offer you some help and direction.
Perhaps you should ask the question on the weekend charting and chat thread, either to redbacka individually, or just generally in the XJO forum.
