This from the horses mouth(j.k)the other day, I asked how they where going to pay for Mt. Carbine if the deal goes ahead, he replied that they had offered the vendor a mix of cash, royalties & shares. The vendor was then seeking advise from his solicitor & accountant as to the best approach. No amount or terms where given to me or if the deal was excepted. IMO we will see an announcement when a deal has been agreed apon which I believe will be shortly. The exercising of options is playing out beautifully for management. Funds to buy a mine? I hope so.
