    If you have a house, which you value at $400k, but you havent been able to sell it, and you have a mortgage on that house for $395k, which is due to be repaid shortly (but you dont have the capacity to repay), would you say that you are the OWNER OF THE HOUSE ?

    I would say you are in trouble. Big Big trouble.
