Got to be someone in India or China or the USA who wants a quality potash resource, 2 billion isn't that much , Gina R just had approval for 7.8 Billion $ for her mining ops in that dog of a place to Invest called Australia with Mining and carbon taxes.
Maybe POK are working on offloading hence the tight lipped approach.
