$US16m for a two year LEASE of an Early Production Facility.

The above does not include the cost of the facility if the JV partnership decided to buy it following the two year lease.

It also does not include any civil works, purchase of land, site installation equipment, fencing, security, etc, etc.

Would BP have accepted the condensate produced by the plant without further processing to remove the volatiles? If not, then that would have added to the costs of the Wharf proposed plant.

Would the Wharf proposed plant have ended up much cheaper than what we got?

I will admit looking at the details I am unclear on what the rate of production would be but then I am no expert.
