Not only do Wharf want back in I think they may even want some sort of compensation and costs. Just my guess.
I think result will be;
Wharf back in, they will pay their share of plant out of money held, they will get paid their costs for having to appeal.
Then they will have to pay any other share of costs of running the plant.
There again I could be completely wrong!
If I'm right we have some money in the bank.
