Wharf may want to drawn this out but don't underestimate ERMs ability to fix this in a timely manner.
As part of the moving forward process this is a major step in sorting out the lose ends.

Other Issues
As others have said we still have a bumpy road till the end of the financial year trading and I'm sure there are plenty out there ready to sell and claim a capital loss if they made gains in other areas. So be careful where you buy in this period!
It may also be a few weeks or months before we see any positive news as well!
