Are you suggesting that EGO and ERM treated Wharf unfairly, or only EGO was in fault? Otherwise it follows that ERM could hold their hand out as well, but of course, they haven't.... I find it hard to believe that the partners, Wharf and ERM, had no say in the plant construction and costs.
Are you saying that Wharf officially objected to the plans before, or after, the go ahead was given to the contractors?
