I have been wondering about Wharf's share of the costs of the plant.
Has EGO and/or ERM actually paid Wharf's share of the costs of the plant and other associated costs of the JV?
The old board said they were responsible for the costs that Wharf hadn't paid and a capital raising (yet another) was done to cover the shortfall.
But did they actually pay the money?
EGO (old board) said that the company had received the proceeds of legal settlements (ie threats) from certain shareholders (the $22,000) but we later found out, thanks to the new board that the money had never been paid to EGO, so perhaps this is the same?
