    The plant has been running a while now. Smaller instrumetation problems don't take that long to fix.
    One wonders what the problem is? I hope they sort this out before the extra capacity is needed.
    I have a feeling Alcoa might get involved again soon in regard to upping their quota. Gas is getting harder to secure in WA as well as over East. It would be great if Alcoa made a finance offer to push things along a bit faster.
