No fan of the Carnarvon Basin, maybe underexplored but the history is poor. Too many dusters and its a wonder they have been held on to for so long paying the fees and tidbits in to keep them. Absolutely Ms$$$$$ wasted here. High sulphur and a very thick oil in one of them, name skips me at the moment.

Mardie area may be shallow but thoughts of unconventional if done would upset the greenies. Bee Eater for years on the back burner to drill, WHY.????

Honestly for a few cheap wells and rev the RG plant to 20 or 30 MCUFT/DAY, why not just drill 2 shallower wells away from RG1 and GGW wells into the B Sands alone.???? Not feasible to shore up immediate supplies in reserves or feed the plant upon extention.????

Gas to burn as you say, its there and the quicker its reached the sooner for production and much needed cash for Wannamal etc. Don't forget the B Sands are 58mtrs thick and the gas saturated Cadda above and the log readings were just as good as the now productive D Sands from both wells.

Its a cheaper alternative to a deep/er Wannamal initially. New gas deals could be done into the domestic or ALCOA markets if they are that hungry for gas.

How long to pay ALCOA off another 12 mths before GAS CASH arrives.??????
