Thank you Joxo my own observations to the letter.

Unfortunately under the confidentiality of JV partnerships and due to the fact it is EGO versus Wharf the new board have to deal with it now and whatever the outcome (unless it continues into court) we will be told only that which the board deem to be necessary and right to inform us of, the crux of the arguments we may never know!!

All that aside I am confident that Brett, Tony, Peter and Kent will clear up this matter ASAP. We have to move on to encourage confidence in EGO so that any new JVs or contractors, can have trust, of honesty and integrity.

They may be a new broom but boy do they have a heap of sweeping to do. I wish the new board well.
