I recall saying something similar to our previous PR person, Wharf are entitled to their share, either by trumping up the monies outstanding to make up their full % holding or by taking a reduced % holding and paying up the final account.

The previous boards idea that they could simply wipe tem from the JV after they had put in something like $12 million was just plain stupid in my opinion. Foir some reason our previous PR person and I guess the whole board couldn't understand whey they might be a tad upset about being kicked out of the JV after stumping up $12 mill... I know I would be too!
