Has a decision been made?
The very last point (62) is 'Wharf's Counter Claim should be dismissed'... That doesn't say that the matter is dismissed and finished? I would have thought that it would have been something like 'Wharf's Counter Claim is hereby dismissed'??
I am no legal eagle though I do know that the word 'should' does not carry any weight as it serves as advice only.
