The last 2 projects that Antares has farmed into have both been in WHARTON COUNTY.(Gemini and West Wharton).

New Taiton is also in Wharton County.

Wilbeck and Porters creek are also in Wharton County.

Antares has elected to divest all its interest in Ellis and Beaver counties Oklaholma and Lipscomb county Texas and focus on PRESENT CORE AREAS of operations along the Texas gulf coast.

Now Wilbeck and Porters creek currently produce 60 mcfd and 60mcf(plus 2-3 bbls condensate a day) respectively.
They are hardly company makers and would be considered non core also,

UNLESS

the acreage surrounding these wells has potential for SIGNIFICANT DEEPER PROSPECTS.

Currently these two wells have only been drilled to approx 10,000ft each.

Pencil in 2 more wells here for the future as I dont think these 2 areas would be retained purely for current production.
