IMO todays speeding ticket has done what it normally does,that is, spooked some of the day traders who got in for a quick buck. The smart money on the other hand has IMO been positioning itself recently in expectation of achievement of orphan status(although not a critical issue) but more importantly as you point out boiler, the progression and success of the trials to be conducted.
It has become fairly obvious in recent times that the company is attracting market attention now that it is a given trials will proceed following the FDA approval.
