The wait on approvals and deals with lack of communication is no doubt very frustrating for all.

Management should no doubt do better on shareholder communication either by making themselves more available to direct communication or market updates to the extent any current negotiations allow.

Once these 2 potential communication blockers are out the way management need to step up to the plate on shareholder communication.
