    Would it be fair to suggest that with 280 mil shares on offer, to achieve a $4USD bid they would need to consolidate (reverse split lol) 11 shares at $0.56AUD? With Mr Youakim holding 48% and Mr Paradiso at 5%, this would result in a very tight register. Is this achievable or realistic?
