The Nearby T3 Deposit which is a $500m SFR Development currently under construction with 1600 workers onsite was T/O from MOD by SFR for $167m (45% Premium to last traded price) in 2019

T3 total resource was 28.36Mt @ 1.24%Cu

(Maiden resource was completed within 6 months of discovery at T3)

Coincidentally MOD was in JV with MTR before acquiring 100% of project similarly to CBE who also recently acquired remaining stake off MTR

CBE are #2 largest Landholders on Kalahari Copper belt after SFR

SFR MC >$2b

SFR = $463m Cash

SFR could easily distribute 30m SFR shares @ $5 are my thoughts,

Or will CBE be at the centre of a bidding war with the likes of BHP or Majors who are seeking Copper
