From what Martin has said, and the CBE announcements, the most logical conclusion is that the result for NCP11 (the 70m step-back) is not overdue.
There have been 5 relevant announcements:
1. 6 Jul - drilling started
2. 27 Jul - NCP07 (381m) result
3. 1 Aug - NCP08 (171m) result
4. 3 Aug - NCP09 (246m but still drilling on 3 Aug) result
5. 16 Aug - NCP 10 (352m) result, NCP11 in progress.
So, 1150m over 42 days, and allowing 2 days to write the report, implies 29m/day average drilling rate (which is not a fast rate, perhaps because of the sand cover?).
With a 70m step-back and the same 60 degree azimuth, NCP11 has probably been designed to be greater than 300m, say 10 days if they maintain the average.
Allowing 2 days for the report, you can conclude it is not overdue and could fall anytime from now in the next few days.
