I'm a fundamentals man but I also use TA in my analysis and I don't know about you lot but whenever you see a stock go parabolic it almost always ends with a reversion to the mean... and some. If you look on the chart, that reversion to the mean is probably around the current price, where it's levelled out (as I stated earlier, on comparatively low volume). As much as I enjoyed seeing price go nuts after 5 days of solid rises I knew it wasn't sustainable and the people buying were either experiencing extreme FOMO or just trying to trade the momentum. But it's worth noting that we did have 5 green days in a row - this is extremely rare for a discovery!!! CHN and DEG never experienced consecutive gains like this (max two and three days respectively):



Rumble Resources (left image) did something similar last year, but I would argue without the same fervour as investors have had for CBE. Worth considering though is the relative valuations at this early stage of discovery - compare the lofty MC that RTR reached relative to CBE's current MC (multiples higher... CBE's peak MC at 73c was actually lower than the bottom of the first green candle in RTR's chart to the left!!):



The relatively low MC of CBE currently compared to previous potentially major discoveries I put down mostly to the current market volatility and risk-off sentiment in capital markets. However most of us know that discoveries are still made during downturns/bear markets/recessions. The potential return is actually higher because your entry price can be lower. Hopefully that's the case here...
