there was quite a bit they needed to organise to satisfy the conditions of the deal (including independent expert report) so it doesn’t surprise me it’s delayed. I think you can be confident that there won’t be any issues given it’s being acquired off our major shareholder and not an independent 3rd party. Unless of course any of the precedents to the deal don’t get satisfied, which would be extremely unlikely.
