I believe this General Meeting was scheduled (in plan in advance) in order for the SHs to approve the "Initial Acquisition" (which is GBP £750,000 in cash) as per the ANN of 16 June 2022:

And the 2nd acquisition after the "Initial Acquisition":

for a period of 12 months after completion of the Initial Acquisition (Call Option), providing
Cobre a pathway to 100% ownership of KML.
