Forgot in which videos (at least 1.5yrs+ ago now) but i sort of having this impression that Michael (@MTR) hinted in the interview that it was a steal by SFR (on MOD) at that cheap $167m price tag (and kind of mentioned too that it would not happen on CBE/MTR's KML again if they have the similar finds)..
