You've got real faith in REE and thst what it requires. I've found REE especially refinement the toughest of the mineral commodities. Way harder than even boutique ones like As, Co, Sc, Mo, W and others where the supply-demand situation swings wildly and more likely than not leaves on high and dry. Li had wild swings and it was catch as catch can. U is up there too.
