I have to pass on that Q tsuba to not attract retaliatory interest or ridicule.
One thing is pretty clear from what little info about AN1 is released to the market, critical responses on this forum being ignored and the apparent fiefdom management, accentuated since the capture by HNG. That failure to deliver on its turnaround undertakings has become a millstone and embarrassment to both companies, in particular HNG.
The future is likely to be their core MO to kick the can down the road will continue peppered as always with quixotic M&A obsession. That is only until they think it opportune to end the misery one way or another, structured of course to appear to be in all stakeholders’ interest.
