probably just time value of money - traders are seeing sooner profits elsewhere. The spec end of the market is non-committal. Plus the whole market is down, the indicies are looking 'toppy'. I'm holding out because a) the best time to sell in the previous wave has passed, and b) MEI is worth holding for the next wave, and the one after that!
