Totally agree about the CR, the sooner they do it the better, I have seen companies dither about on pulling the trigger on CR's; and usually the longer they wait the more they have to give away to attract the instos and sophs.
Bite the bullet management and do it now. Then we can really move ahead, and prove up Iron Mask and Mulligan; Midrim can wait until later.
Read something interesting yesterday, (we have all been reading about the EV revolution and the Li Ion battery story), but this guy from Katana Asset Mngmt (Romano Sala Tenna) said that what we are looking at is a 30 year bull market, "it will take 30+ years for this theme to play out".
