The contractor needs to operate profitablely. No point setting up the rigs and all just to drill one hole, dismantled and returned to do another one. Just have enough of Allchurch cock and bull story, he has been found out too many times. He is incapable, inefficient and if he cannot do the work, just step aside for someone else to do it.
