So both parties agree to a process then why would the farmer run off to the SC? What reason would they have for refusing to acknowledge the umpires decision?
RMS has been framed as the bad guy in these relationships. If they are willing to pay value based on an independent valuation what exactly have they done wrong?
Why are they being intransigence or penny pinching when an independent arbitrator can settle the matter?
There are a lot of posters on this thread telling us RMS are doing the wrong thing and precisely zero telling us exactly what they have done wrong.
