Are you privy to the offer? Because you've been trashing RMS on this thread and you've provided absolutely no proof before of you're accusations.
Negotiations were delayed, farmer settled before it got to the Wardens Court. Nothing against the farmer - no doubt he saw an opportunity got paid overs and settled before the Wardens Court. He gets to ride off on the golden tractor, but from posts on here it became clear over time RMS did nothing wrong.
