Reconciliation will (of course) not be out by 50%. If you think I said that, you REALLY don't understand anything about it.
Juniors do overstate resources, and understate them too. But they report enough information so I can make a reasonable judgement. That's how it's supposed to work.
It's also how takeovers work. Juniors report, majors have a look, do a DD and grab them. Or do you think RMS go around randomly taking companies over because they like the name?
