Just started looking into investing into EHL.
A lot to like by the looks of it:
On the downside maybe the biggest risks are:
- Cheap on a P/E ratio basis
- Strong(ish) balance sheet
- Good cashflows
- Tax losses to use up
- Plenty of franking credits
- Diverse customer base
Any other thoughs to the biggest risks and/or what could go wrong with EHL?
- Significant exposure to coal (ESG crap)
- Risk of being caught up in a major resource downturn
