if options become ‘in the money’ there will be no need for a CR. No guarantee on options, and low probability of hitting $0.05, but zero chance mgt will be prepping for a CR before at least understanding;
- outcome of upcoming events including SEA,
- any monetisation from these events (everybit helps), and
- impact to share price.
